We are searching for an Outsourcing Manager.

Consulting brings together multiple teams across Transactions, Risk & Consulting, ABA, and Outsourcing to provide client-centric solutions for RSM’s current and future clients within the middle market. Our Consulting team has a major role to play in driving forward the growth of the firm with over 1,700 people delivering almost £200m revenue.

An exciting opportunity to join our growing Real Estate (RE) outsourced accounting team. We work with REIFs and private equity investors through various SPV structures to provide an outsourced finance function as an extension of their team.

We are looking for an Outsourcing Manager to join our team in London. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a portfolio of RE clients, ensuring that all outsourced accounting functions are completed accurately and in a timely manner. The role involves leading and being accountable for service delivery to clients, including client relationship development and management.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Giving clients added-value industry-specific insights and reporting through the involvement in the daily transactions of our clients.
• Providing a comprehensive actual vs budget analysis along with knowledge of the markets.
• Liaising with senior client personnel to discuss their current and future issues/plans and ensuring clients are satisfied with the service provided.
• Assisting and advising clients to ensure compliance with professional accounting standards and communicate any changes that may affect them.

What we are looking for:

We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:

• Fully Qualified Accountant - ACA/ACCA/CIMA with 3 – 5 years post-qualified experience.
• Real estate industry experience required including an understanding of fund structures and experience in commercial and/or residential real estate.
• Experience of reviewing monthly financial reports and presenting results to clients.
• Ability to display a good working knowledge of all relevant software packages (e.g. NetSuite, Xero, Sage, SAP).
