Rutherford Briant have recently acquired a new role for an Outsourcing Manager to join a Top 20 Accountancy Practice in Letchworth.

This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated and ambitious individual seeking the next step in their professional career to embark on an exciting new challenge. You would be joining a group of talented individuals, in a growing department and want someone to come with them on this journey.

As an Outsourcing Manager you will:

- Work alongside the Head of the Team, to produce high quality back-office services to clients in the recruitment sector.
- Build strong and sustainable relationships with clients, managing their expectations and providing a holistically high-quality service.
- Develop a team and live the firms values; thus being a role-model.
- Complete VAT and Management account reviews, using current skills and previous experiences to demonstrate high standards at all times.
- Identifying and delivering added value services to clients to help them succeed.

As an Outsourcing Manager you will need:

- 2 years ' post qualified experience in a "medium" practice or Outsourcing environment.
- ACA or ACCA qualified.
- Managerial experience.
- Love developing relationships that are long lasting and meaningful.
- Be confident with technology.
- Always looking for "a way in", demonstrating initiative and pro-activity.
- Self-motivation in a fast-paced working environment.
