Responsibilities

• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders across Standard Life, Aviva and outsourced service providers.
• Provide operational and governance oversight across outsourced services.
• Ensure activity aligns with contractual obligations, risk appetite and customer expectations.
• Analyse service performance, operational trends, incidents and customer impacts.
• Identify risks, drive improvements and support informed decision-making.
• Lead and contribute to governance forums, preparing insight, actions and updates for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate multiple priorities across BAU activity, change initiatives, incidents and strategic deliverables.
• Lead and support resolution of operational issues and escalations.
• Influence and challenge internal and external partners to drive positive outcomes and accountability.
• Collaborate within a small, dynamic team and support wider team priorities.
• Support oversight of change initiatives and programmes across people, process and technology.
• Manage contractual commitments, service impacts, risks and customer outcomes across change activity.
