As an Outsourcing Accountant you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality accounting services to our clients. You will work with businesses across various sectors, helping them maintain accurate financial records and comply with regulatory requirements.

Description

Manage a portfolio of outsourcing clients, providing bookkeeping and management accounting servicesPrepare monthly and quarterly management accounts for clientsProcess sales and purchase ledgers, bank reconciliations, and VAT returnsAssist with payroll processing and related complianceCommunicate with clients to gather information and provide accounting guidanceSupport senior team members with year-end accounts preparationIdentify opportunities to improve clients' financial processes

Profile

AAT qualification (or equivalent)Proven experience in an accounting role within practiceStrong knowledge of major accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, Dext)Experience with cloud accounting solutionsKnowledge of Making Tax Digital requirementsPrevious client-facing experienceExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work to deadlines and manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication skills, both written and verbalTeam player with a client-focused approach
