  • Facilitate a range of physical and outdoor activities across all seasons and weather conditions.
  • Contribute to the planning and delivery of small-group or 1:1 intervention sessions using outdoor learning approaches (e.g., Forest School or therapeutic activities), aimed at supporting pupils with specific SEMH, behavioural, or social needs.
  • Monitor and record pupil engagement, progress, and outcomes.
  • Maintain and organise outdoor education equipment and resources

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes/qualifications:

  • Experience of delivering (or a willingness to train in delivering) therapeutic or intervention-based programmes through outdoor learning, such as Forest School, sensory regulation activities, or targeted behaviour support.
