As an Outreach Tutor, you will deliver personalised, engaging educational support to learners outside the traditional classroom environment. Working primarily one-on-one and in small groups, you will support students facing barriers to education-including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs-helping them build confidence, bridge learning gaps, and rediscover a passion for learning.
