The Brick, a growing charity in the Wigan area, seeks an RSSS Outreach Support Worker to engage with rough sleepers, build trust with individuals, and facilitate access to accommodation and services. Salary is £26,305.50 with 37.5 hours per week, permanent contract, and 22 days’ holiday plus Bank Holidays and a Birthday Off.

Qualifikationen

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience engaging with people who are rough sleeping or homeless is desirable.
• Flexible for early mornings, evenings, weekends and travel within Wigan borough.

Aufgaben

• Engage individuals in the borough who are rough sleeping and help connect them to accommodation and support services.
• Develop referral pathways with partner agencies and maintain caseload records in Lamplight and other databases.
• Work across multiple sites in Wigan and Leigh, including early morning and weekend outreach.
• Record data and evidence outcomes to meet contractual targets and ensure high-quality case notes.
