Job summary

Brandon Trust is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist autistic people and individuals with learning disabilities in day-to-day living in Marston. You will help with personal care, daily tasks, and routines, always guided by the person’s preferences and goals.

You’ll work within a supportive team, delivering person-centred care, promoting dignity, independence, and inclusion while offering training and ongoing development opportunities.
