Job summary

Brandon Trust is seeking a Support Worker to help autistic people and individuals with learning disabilities live as independently as they choose. You will assist with daily tasks, personal care, and developing routines in a person-centred way.

The role offers flexible shifts on a 24/7 rota with salary £13.46–£13.69 per hour plus £60 per sleep-in shift, plus opportunities for growth and training within a values-driven charity.

• Provide personal care and support with washing, dressing, and other routines.
