Walsingham Support in the Pontesbury area is seeking Outreach Support Workers to help adults with learning disabilities live independently. You will provide person-centred support, enabling access to meaningful activities and community engagement, with a focus on building independent living skills.

We offer training, ongoing development, and a supportive team. This role pays £13.45 per hour with flexible shifts and opportunities in a rural setting near Shrewsbury.

Qualifications

• This role suits caring individuals with good communication and reliability.
• Experience in care is not required; full training provided.
• Must have driving ability to access remote location.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to access community activities and appointments
