We’re looking for Male Support Workers to join our Outreach Support Service, supporting individuals in the community with:

  • Trauma and addiction recovery
  • Social isolation and tenancy sustainment

Whether it’s helping someone feel confident in their own home or supporting them at a community event, you’ll play a vital role in helping people feel safe, empowered, and connected.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting people 1:1 in their own homes and local communities
  • Providing practical and emotional support
  • Encouraging participation in social and community activities
  • Assisting with housing, tenancy, or health-related challenges
  • Developing individual support plans focused on strengths and goals
  • This role involves lone working, with on‑call support available at all times
