In the Chester area within the Cheshire region, our services extend to care leavers, family placements, separated children, as well as adults and NHS referrals. The caseload within our team will mainly consist of working with young people and adults from 16+. Our clients present a spectrum of needs, including mental health challenges and some have been in the care system throughout their lives. We are committed to providing comprehensive support, encompassing independent living skills development, assistance in accessing education or employment opportunities, medication reminders, support with benefits applications, accompanying individuals to appointments, active participation in meetings, and offering crucial emotional support. Our team is dedicated to fostering the wellbeing and progression of individuals across various age groups and needs. The right candidate will predominantly be based in the Chester area but will be willing to travel across the Cheshire region. This is a part time role, working 20 hours per week across Monday - Friday, with a shift pattern of 10:00am - 2:00pm. Due to the areas this role covers, a car driver with a vehicle insured for business use is essential.
