Milestone Support Services is seeking an Outreach Support Worker to provide person-centred support in people’s homes and communities. You will help individuals maintain independence and achieve goals, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Training will be provided, and you will work with a supportive team to ensure quality care and positive outcomes for the people we support. A driving licence and vehicle access are essential for this field-based role.

Hours: School-friendly hours, evening shifts, weekend work, or a flexible role around other commitments.

As an Outreach Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to individuals, helping them maintain their independence and achieve their goals.
