What You’ll Do:

• Develop and own client email campaigns, automation pipelines, and GTM workflows
• Collaborate deeply with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to launch new initiatives and A/B experiments
• Integrate AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) for prompting, personalization, and smart automation
• Automate processes from lead enrichment to deliverability and campaign optimization
• Scale systems reliably to support rapid growth and high-volume usage
• Assist in setting up campaigns and automations for VIP clients

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience with AI, prompting, LLM integration, and automation systems
• Extensive experience with email-based outbound campaigns
• Proficiency in APIs, especially for SaaS, marketing, and CRM tools
• Comfortable working in a startup environment: owning your scope, moving quickly, and iterating often
