What You’ll Do:

• Develop and own client email campaigns, automation pipelines, and GTM workflows
• Collaborate deeply with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to launch new initiatives and A/B experiments
• Integrate AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) for prompting, personalization, and smart automation
• Automate everything from lead enrichment to deliverability and campaign optimization
• Scale systems reliably to support rapid growth and high-volume usage
• Help set up campaigns and automations for our VIP clients

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience with AI, prompting, LLM integration, and automation systems
• Strong experience with email-based outbound
• Proficiency in APIs—especially for SaaS/marketing/CRM tools
• Comfortable in a startup environment: own your scope, move quickly, iterate often
