Vivid Resourcing Ltd is helping a local council recruit three Rough Sleeper Project Workers to support rough sleepers and vulnerable people into safe, sustainable accommodation.

The role is hands-on and field-based, with a contract running until the end of March 2027. A lease vehicle is available if needed during working hours, and the team is small and supportive.

Formación

• Supported housing, housing support or tenancy sustainment
• Supporting people with complex needs, mental health or substance misuse issues
• Managing a caseload and completing needs and risk assessments
• Strong partnership working with housing providers, landlords and statutory and voluntary agencies

About the role

A local council has secured significant funding to tackle homelessness and is recruiting three Rough Sleeper Project Workers to join a close-knit, supportive team. It's a hands-on, field-based role, supporting rough sleepers and vulnerable people with complex needs into safe, sustainable accommodation.
