Job summary

Morgan Hunt UK Ltd is recruiting an Outreach Navigation Worker to support homeless young people and care leavers who are rough sleeping or at risk of homelessness. This hands-on role provides information, advice, guidance and practical support to help young people achieve positive and sustainable outcomes.

The post focuses on street outreach, triage and ongoing support, working with partners to secure suitable accommodation and promote independence.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young people is essential.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex needs or challenging circumstances.
• Able to build positive relationships and use own initiative.
• Flexible and able to respond to changing situations.
• Comfortable working outdoors and undertaking walking for street outreach.
• Able to collaborate with partner agencies and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Is comfortable working outdoors and undertaking significant walking as part of street outreach.
• Can work collaboratively with partner agencies and professionals.
• Is committed to helping young people achieve independence and sustainable outcomes.

Driving: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable but

not essential.
