We tackle poverty and disadvantage in communities through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing, and related support.
We have almost 200 services around England and nearly 3,500 staff and volunteers who run them. Every year, our services support around 125,000 people.
Bringing together two big organisations is a significant task, and it will take time to fully integrate our systems, processes, and approaches. Therefore, you will notice that the jobs are still branded ‘Humankind’. Next year, we will fully integrate our recruitment systems, but for now, they are separate.
Outreach Recovery Coordinator - X2 positions available
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm; evening work (5pm-8pm) may be required when needed.

About the role...
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team at Haringey Alcohol Service (HAGA) as an Outreach Recovery Worker. The Outreach Team is part of the Haringey Treatment Model (HARTS), working across the borough to support clients into treatment. The role will cover HAGA Alcohol Service with occasional work at The Grove Drug Service.
As an Outreach Recovery Worker, you will support people who are homeless or vulnerably housed to increase access to substance misuse support, sustain accommodation, and ultimately move into settled housing.
