ANZUK Education is seeking Outreach Learning Mentors in central Bristol to support students aged 4–16 who have disruption to their education and may be at risk of exclusion. This outreach role requires access to your own car, with mileage reimbursed, and the ability to work 1:1 or in small groups within trauma‑informed teams.

You will help students re-engage with learning, promote positive behaviour, and contribute to restorative approaches in small, supportive settings.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting SEMH in education, youth work, care, or similar fields.
• Access to your own vehicle and business insurance.
• Currently living in or near Bristol, with Right to Work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS for the Child Workforce on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Strong empathy, emotional resilience, and a flexible approach to working across year groups.

Responsabilités

• Work 1:1 or in small staff-to-student ratios (e.g., 2:1 or 3:1).
• Support students with SEMH, Autism (ASC), and sensory processing differences.
• Promote positive behaviour and resilience through relational, student-led approaches.
• Join an experienced, trauma-informed team.
