We'd like you to join us as a Live-In Support Worker to support our brand-new female client who lives between Prestbury / Liverpool University.
Meet the client:
Our female client is enrolled to study computer science at Liverpool University, starting in September. She requires a female driver to support with transport to university and travel home at weekends. You would also assist her on holidays, as she enjoys traveling to hot countries several times a year.
Nigerian food is an important part of her culture, so a support worker willing to help with cooking would be advantageous.
Our client values her independence and social life, so a sociable person would be desirable.
What you'll be doing:
This role involves supporting our client with a spinal cord injury, including personal care, moving and handling, driving her vehicle, and domestic duties like cooking.
This may involve living with her either at her home in Prestbury or at her university accommodation in Liverpool during term time. She may go home on weekends.
