Job summary

Air Club, part of the Key Group, is seeking a Telephone Business Development Manager to engage financial advisers by phone, promoting AIR's solutions and supporting adviser growth in use of our technology.

The role focuses on increasing adviser engagement, driving platform activity, and supporting wider business objectives by growing sessions, illustrations and completions. 23 days holiday, rising to 28 with service.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound customer service, sales, account management or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with financial professionals.
• Proven ability to influence behaviours and drive customer engagement.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with rapid rapport-building.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills in a busy environment.
• Self-motivated with proactive approach to achieving objectives.
• Experience within financial services and understanding of mortgage/late-life lending.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact financial advisers via outbound calls to build and develop relationships.
• Promote AIR's products, services, system functionality, webinars, events and marketing campaigns.
• Support advisers in understanding and maximising the benefits of AIR's technology solutions.
• Increase sessions, illustrations and completions in line with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of adviser interactions and outcomes within CRM systems.
• Work with Head of Distribution to support ongoing objectives and monitor adviser activity.
• Deliver excellent service across telephone, email and online channels.
