Job summary

Air Club, part of the Key Group, seeks a Telephone Business Development Manager to engage financial advisers by phone and online meetings, promoting AIR’s technology and services. You will drive adviser sessions, illustrations and completions while delivering excellent service across phone, email and web channels.

Collaboration with the Head of Distribution is essential as you monitor activity, identify opportunities, and continually develop product and market knowledge to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound customer service, sales or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with financial professionals.
• Proven ability to influence behaviours and drive engagement.
• Desirable: experience in financial services and understanding of mortgage or later life lending; experience with CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Head of Distribution to support ongoing objectives.
• Monitor adviser activity and identify opportunities to increase engagement.
• Proactively contact financial advisers via outbound calls to build relationships.
• Promote AIR's products, services, system functionality and campaigns.
• Drive adviser engagement, sessions, illustrations and completions to meet targets.
• Maintain accurate adviser interaction records in CRM and deliver multi-channel service.
