Job summary

Key Retirement Group Ltd in Gloucester is seeking a Telephone Business Development Manager to engage financial advisers by telephone, promote AIR's propositions, and support advisers in using AIR's technology. You will work with the Head of Distribution to grow adviser engagement and platform activity.

You will maintain CRM records, hit KPIs, and continuously develop product, market and industry knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound customer service, sales, account management or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with financial professionals.
• Proven track record of driving adviser engagement and activity.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact financial advisers via outbound calls to build relationships.
• Promote AIR's products, services, system functionality, webinars and campaigns.
• Support advisers in using AIR's technology and drive engagement across the platform.
• Increase adviser sessions, illustrations and completions in line with targets.
• Maintain accurate records of adviser interactions and outcomes in CRM.
