Job summary

The Rehabilitation Aide role at Brown University Health supports clinicians in treatments designed to relieve pain and maximize function for patients across Brown University Health. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists and assistants in patient care as requested.
• Position, mobilize, and exercise patients per therapist or assistant direction.
• Maintain gym and treatment areas to Environment of Care (EOC) standards.
• Assist with infection control, equipment logs, and inventory.
• Transport patients to and from treatment areas.
• May assist with scheduling, order entry, and scanning into the Electronic Health Record.
• Communicate in person or by fax/phone with patients and care team.
• Participate in meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
