Job summary

One Stop Healthcare in Hemel Hempstead is hiring an experienced Band 5 Outpatient Registered Nurse to join the Outpatient team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care and work with a multidisciplinary team to maintain an outstanding patient-focused service.

The role requires current outpatient nursing experience, ability to supervise HCAs, and CPD. Benefits include 33 days holiday, pension, private medical insurance, on-site parking, and more.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

For Clinical Roles: The successful candidate will be expected to work on a shift basis, working 37.5 hours per week over a 7 day rota during the hospital operating hours. The rota is not fixed, is subject to change in order to meet operational needs and will be required to work weekends and bank holidays in accordance with the rota.

About you

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Be a Registered Nurse with post registration relevant clinical course.
• Have current and relevant experience as an Outpatient Nurse with experience in supervising HCA's and evidence of CPD, ideally with the private healthcare sector.
