Job summary

OSD Healthcare in Hemel Hempstead is seeking an experienced Band 5 Outpatient Registered Nurse to join the Outpatient team. The role is full-time and permanent, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

You will deliver patient-centred nursing care, work within a multidisciplinary team, and support junior staff while supervising HCAs. The position requires flexibility to work a 7-day rota and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Be a Registered Nurse with post registration relevant clinical course.
• Have current and relevant experience as an Outpatient Nurse with experience in supervising HCA's and evidence of CPD, ideally with the private healthcare sector.

• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to achieve/maintain an outstanding, patient-focused service.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include:

For Clinical Roles:

The successful candidate will be expected to work on a shift basis, working 37.5 hours per week over a 7 day rota during the hospital operating hours. The rota is not fixed, is subject to change in order to meet operational needs and will be required to work weekends and bank holidays in accordance with the rota.

About you

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• Be a Registered Nurse with post registration relevant clinical course.
• Have current and relevant experience as an Outpatient Nurse with experience in supervising HCA's and evidence of CPD, ideally with the private healthcare sector.
