MONCLER is seeking a Store Manager for its Outlet in Bicester.

The Store Manager will aim to excel in business performance and qualitative objectives, inspiring, managing, and coaching the team to go beyond expectations.

Main responsibilities include:
  1. Create genuine, attentive, and lasting relationships with clients by listening, meeting, and exceeding their needs and expectations.
  2. Focus on achieving excellent performance and results based on clear KPIs in a competitive environment.
  3. Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store standards, including technical maintenance, cleanliness, and staff appearance.
  4. Enhance knowledge of the brand's history and values, promote collections and product features.
  5. Create an engaging work environment that values trust and diversity.
  6. Empower team members through engagement and motivation; recognize individual strengths and provide improvement solutions.
  7. Identify talent and potential, fostering a feedback-oriented coaching environment to support team and individual development.
  8. Lead the team to achieve shared goals by setting clear priorities, tasks, and role definitions.
Requirements:
  1. 3-5 years of managerial experience in similar structured fashion luxury and retail companies.
  2. A degree in Retail or Hospitality Management is advantageous.
  3. Willingness to grow within the organization; willingness to relocate is a plus.
  4. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  5. Proficiency with MS Office and experience with payment and warehouse management systems.
