Cotswold Outdoor is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a friendly store team, delivering excellent service and keeping operations running smoothly on a busy shop floor.

You'll mentor colleagues, handle opening/closing, cashing up and deputise for the Store Manager, while enjoying substantial staff discounts, a generous holiday entitlement and ongoing training to boost leadership and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Has experience as a retail supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
• Is confident handling responsibility and solving problems.
• Leads by example and builds strong connections with their team.
• Stays focused under pressure and knows how to juggle tasks.
• Enjoys being hands-on in a busy, customer-focused environment.

Responsabilités

• Support and guide a team to do their best work.
• Deliver great service while keeping the store running smoothly.
• Lead on shop floor activities and provide expert services when needed.
• Mentor new colleagues and assist with onboarding.
• Manage store opening and closing duties as a key holder.
• Carry out cashing up duties and assist with security and compliance.
• Lead in the absence of the Store or Assistant Store Manager.
