Bauer Media Outdoor UK is hiring a Posting & Cleaning Operative to manage a dedicated posting and cleaning round in Southeast London, Croydon and Lewisham. You will operate a company van and work outdoors, often alone, with flexible weekly rhythms of posting and cleaning.

The role offers a fully expensed vehicle, training, and potential bonuses, with 25 days leave and pension benefits. A driver’s licence and the ability to work outdoors year-round are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence with no more than 3 points.
• Experience driving medium-sized vans is preferred but not essential.
• Experience working outdoors in all weather is useful.
• Ability to manage your own workload and time.
• Remote / lone working experience - advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Post adverts to a high standard and keep bus shelters clean.
• Run your weekly posting and cleaning round in Southeast London.
• Work outdoors in all weather, often alone, with your van.
