Job summary

Pertemps Royal Mail is recruiting for Multi-Drop Postal Delivery Drivers in Guildford. The role is temporary with shifts starting at the local delivery office, delivering letters and parcels by foot or vehicle.

You will work 30–40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with weekend availability, 8am–8pm shifts, and must be comfortable outdoors and independent in all weather. A full UK driving licence is required and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence (maximum 6 points; clean licence preferred)
• Licence held for at least 6 months
• Previous delivery or driving experience beneficial but not essential
• Excellent time management and customer service skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Start your shift at the local delivery office to sort and load deliveries
• Use a handheld device for signature capture and route navigation
• Deliver letters and parcels by foot and/or vehicle, walking up to 8 miles per day
• Lift and carry mail bags up to 16 kg and parcels up to 20 kg
