Job summary

Royal Mail Group in Carrickfergus is seeking a Postie (Postal Delivery Driver) on a fixed-term contract to cover 6 months. You will sort, deliver and collect in your local area, building relations with customers while working outdoors.

The role requires a full manual UK driving licence, willingness to drive a Royal Mail van daily, and the fitness to walk long distances. Training is provided, and overtime is available.

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points)
• Willingness to drive a Royal Mail van daily and pass driving assessment
• Physically fit to walk long distances and lift 10kg+ mailbags
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Strong organisation and resilience in a busy environment

Responsibilities
