Job summary

North Kesteven District Council is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Waste & Street Scene team, based at the Council’s Metheringham Depot. The role requires outdoor manual work with some driving of a 12t vehicle (C2 entitlement) and a readiness to work outside normal hours.

You will deliver general labour support across council divisions, upholdHealth and safety procedures, and build constructive relationships with internal and external customers while adapting to seasonal
