Job summary

Kids Planet Cheadle Royal is looking for an Outdoor Lead to spark imaginations and support children's development indoors and outdoors, in line with EYFS.

You’ll lead outdoor learning, create a safe, playful environment and build warm, trusting relationships with families through open communication.

How you'll make a difference as an Outdoor Lead:

• By providing exceptional care and education in line with the EYFS, supporting each child's individual needs both indoors and outdoors.
• Through working collaboratively with your team to create a safe, playful, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• By building warm, trusting relationships with families through open, supportive communication, involving them in their child's development and outdoor experiences.

Requirements of an Outdoor Lead:

• A Passion for the Outdoors!!
• Must be at least Level 3 qualified.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
• Leadership experience desirable.
