How you’ll make a difference as an Outdoor Lead:

By providing exceptional care and education in line with the EYFS, supporting each child’s individual needs both indoors and outdoors.

Through working collaboratively with your team to create a safe, playful, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning.

By building warm, trusting relationships with families through open, supportive communication, involving them in their child’s development and outdoor experiences.

Requirements of an Outdoor Lead:
