Job summary

Bauer Media Outdoor in Redditch is seeking a Posting & Cleaning Operative to join a small, multi-skilled team. You will be responsible for your posting and cleaning rounds, working outdoors in all weathers, and using a dedicated company van.

This is a full-time role with flexible hours and a cycle of posting/cleaning weeks. The role offers a fully expensed vehicle, training and support, and benefits including pension and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Full-time role working outdoors in all weather; experience helpful but not essential.
• Driving a medium-sized van required.
• Remote/lone working experience preferred.
• Ability to plan and manage your own workload.

Responsibilities

• Manage posting and cleaning rounds to a high standard.
• Work on a weekly rhythm of 1 week posting and 1 week cleaning.
• Restock and manage supplies during weekly depot visit.
