Job summary

Qualifications

• Plan and deliver outdoor lessons for KS2/KS3 pupils
• Develop cross-curricular outdoor education plan
• Supervise staff and ensure safety during activities (risk assessment)

Responsibilities

• Attend planning meetings and prepare lessons
• Deliver safe, impactful outdoor lessons for KS2/KS3 (KS4 options)
• Lead on developing the Outdoor Education offer across Mill School Bury
• Support staff and oversee TAs and instructors
• Develop and maintain risk assessments and procedures
• Plan and deliver staff training for outdoor education activities
• Engage with parents and external professionals as needed
