Job summary

Berry Recruitment Group is urgently recruiting Cleansing Operatives to keep Exeter clean, safe, and looking its best. The role covers city centre, car parks, and public spaces, with shifts between 05:00–07:00, 13:00 and 18:00, across 3–5 days per week including weekends when required.

Full training will be provided, and a full, clean UK driving licence is essential as you’ll be working outdoors and across different routes in Exeter.

• Litter picking and emptying public bins.
• Cleaning public toilets, car parks and public areas.
• Removing graffiti and fly-posting.
• Basic weed removal and general cleansing duties.

• Carrying out basic checks and completing daily records.
• Working across city centre, van routes and deep-cleaning duties.

Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

Time: Between 05:00am and 07:00am - 13.00pm and18.00pm

Working Pattern: 3-5 days out of 7, including weekends where required

Driving Licence: Full, clean manual UK driving licence essential

The Role
