Job summary

Brambles Outdoor Group Wilton, near Salisbury, invites applications for a Level 2/3 Childcare Apprenticeship. You will learn to plan activities, monitor development, and engage children using a nature-based approach in a vibrant outdoor setting.

Requirements include DBS clearance and GCSEs (A*-C/4-9) in Maths and English or willingness to work toward them; you'll work 25–38 hours per week with potential progression opportunities in early years roles.

Qualifications

• Must obtain a clear DBS check.
• GCSEs (A*-C/4-9) in Maths and English or equivalent or working towards them.

Responsibilities

• Learn to plan, prepare and participate in activities supporting each child's needs.
• Observe, monitor and record development in line with Early Years curriculum.
• Attend parent evenings and communicate with carers about children's day-to-day needs.
• Use Famly App to record daily activities and progress for parents.
• Promote learning through play and help children with self-care skills.
