Job summary

Inside Talent is seeking an Early Years Nursery Apprentice to support learning and development in a Welcoming nursery environment in Wanborough, Swindon. The role offers remote learning support and hands-on experience, with mentorship to help you progress into full-time employment after the apprenticeship.

The successful candidate will have Maths and English GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade 4/C or above and be motivated to pursue Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship.

• Commitment to progression in childcare through Apprenticeship.
• Strong desire to learn and develop in a childcare role.

This nursery provide children with an enriching environment to thrive and develop whilst having fun. There is a spacious outdoor woodland area complete with playhouse and wooden forts for children to explore nature, bugs or maybe go on a bear hunt through swishy trees.

• Supporting children's learning and development in a nursery or childcare setting
