Job summary

Wigan Council's Lakes Outdoor Centre in Coniston is seeking a dedicated catering supervisor to run the kitchen for school groups, staff and visitors. You will plan menus, order stock and manage budgets to ensure high-quality meals.

The role includes overseeing cleaning in the kitchen and supporting duties across the accommodation and wider site. You will motivate the team, promote training and development, and help the centre deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
