Job summary

Suppleo Education is partnering with a fantastic school in Congleton to recruit an Outdoor Activity Instructor. Role involves supporting pupils with complex needs in 1:1 or small group settings, with FREE Teaching Assistant training provided. Opportunity for permanent work may arise after the probation period.

Working hours are 8:30am to 3:30pm in a full-time capacity, with a start date ASAP. UK right to work and two references required; Enhanced DBS check available via Suppleo Education.

Qualifications

Outdoor Activity Instructor role supporting pupils with complex needs.
Free Teaching Assistant training provided.
DBS check required (Enhanced).
Right to work in UK and two references required.

Responsibilities

Support pupils 1:1 or in small groups during activities.
Work with staff to inspire and motivate pupils.
Provide coverage during school hours (8:30am–3:30pm).
