Job summary

Suppleo Education are partnering with a school in Northwich to recruit an Outdoor Activity Instructor to support pupils with complex needs in a school environment. The role involves 1:1 or small group assistance and safeguarding within a busy classroom setting.

The successful candidate will receive FREE Teaching Assistant training, work 8:30am-3:30pm, and may have the role made permanent after a successful period. Start ASAP.

Qualifications

Experience supporting pupils with complex needs including SLD, SEMH and EBD.
Full-time availability and 8:30am-3:30pm schedule.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils.
Assist with activities and safeguarding in class.

Job description

Suppleo Education are proud to be working in partnership with a fantastic school who have an amazing opportunity for someone with the skillset of an Outdoor Activity Instructor to work in a school setting. The successful individual will be given FREE full Teaching Assistant training. The individual will be needed to support pupils with a variety of complex needs including SLD, SEMH and EBD, in 1:1 or small group capacities.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside a range of talented support staff on a journey to inspire and motivate the younger generation. The successful individual may have the opportunity of the role being made permanent if successful during the period required.
