Suppleo Education are partnering with a fantastic school in Chester to recruit an Outdoor Activity Instructor. You will support pupils with complex needs in a school setting, in 1:1 or small group capacities, and receive free Teaching Assistant training.

The role may lead to permanent employment if successful, with an ongoing timetable from 8:30am to 3:30pm, located in Chester and starting ASAP.

Qualifications

Introduction to Safeguarding – Available FREE via Suppleo Education
Right to work in UK
Two references
Enhanced DBS (formerly CRB check) – available via Suppleo Education

Job description

Suppleo Education are proud to be working in partnership with a fantastic school who have an amazing opportunity for someone with the skillset of an Outdoor Activity Instructor to work in a school setting. The successful individual will be given FREE full Teaching Assistant training. The individual will be needed to support pupils with a variety of complex needs including SLD, SEMH and EBD, in 1:1 or small group capacities.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside a range of talented support staff on a journey to inspire and motivate the younger generation. The successful individual may have the opportunity of the role being made permanent if successful during the period required.
