Domestic & General is seeking an Outcomes Tester to join our Controls Office. You will deliver testing across customer journeys, identify risks, and produce insightful reports to drive better customer and regulatory outcomes.

You will analyse information, interpret data, and present clear recommendations to senior stakeholders. The role blends technical testing with strong communication and collaborative improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing information and identifying trends, risks and areas for improvement.
• Strong report-writing skills with the ability to present findings clearly to a range of audiences, including senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to interpret data and turn insight into meaningful recommendations.
• Proactive, able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Knowledge of FCA Consumer Outcomes, FCA Handbook and Data Protection principles would be advantageous.
• Strong commitment to integrity, accountability and delivering the right outcomes for customers.

Responsibilities
