We’re hiring for a fully remote sales role with a well-established UK insurance provider. If you have experience in outbound sales, enjoy working towards targets, and are looking for a role that offers both stability and earning potential, this could be a great opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 150–200 outbound calls per day via an automated dialler
  • Speak with new, existing, and previous customers
  • Recommend suitable insurance products for household appliances and technology
  • Build rapport with customers while following a compliant sales process

What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of 12 months’ experience in outbound sales (call centre or telesales essential)
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven individuals
  • Ability to work independently in a home-based environment
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace and stable internet connection

What’s on Offer

  • On-target earnings between £30,000–£33,000 (top performers exceed this)
