Responsibilities

• Generate qualified opportunities through outbound calls, email and other channels
• Achieving and exceeding KPIs across outbound activity, appointments and revenue opportunities
• Researching, identifying and prospecting new businesses
• Qualifying leads through fact‑finding, needs analysis and relationship-building
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and re‑engaging dormant contacts
• Supporting sales and marketing campaigns by promoting new products and services
