Job summary

KC Recruitment is assisting a client in recruiting an outbound Sales Executive to develop new business and promote multiple service offerings within the local community. The role involves phone, email and in-person outreach, plus field visits and face-to-face meetings.

You will work with businesses, charities and public sector clients, building referral partnerships and a robust pipeline of opportunities. Flexible hours, 20 hours weekly, with uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

• Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Target driven with past sales experience including cold calling.
• Able to set appointments, meetings and follow up.
• Capable of closing deals.
• Commission and target driven.
• Starting on 20 hours per week with flexible timings.
• Background in charity, utilities, telecoms, recruitment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact decision makers for new business by phone, email and in person.
• Build and develop relationships face to face to grow referrals.
• Promote multiple services offered by the business.
• Create an ongoing pipeline of business and opportunities.
• Work with local community leaders to expand reach.
