OutsideClinic is recruiting an Audiology Outbound Customer Sales Advisor in Swindon to convert inquiries into hearing solutions. You will proactively contact customers who have requested assessments or quotations, build rapport and guide decisions with empathy and clarity.

With a focus on exceptional service, you will manage follow-ups, record activities in the CRM and work toward sales targets while delivering a personalised customer journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused sales or contact centres.
• Confidence making outbound calls leading to positive outcomes.
• Strong communication to build rapport and reassure customers.
• Experience working towards targets or performance measures.

Responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound calls to new and existing customers on audiology campaigns.
• Follow up quotations and enquiries, guiding customers through decisions.
• Build rapport, understand needs and help customers choose hearing solutions.
• Provide clear information and handle objections professionally.
• Maintain CRM records of interactions and sales activity.
