Job summary

Kong Inc., the AI Connectivity Company, is hiring a Commercial Outbound ADR to identify and qualify new opportunities across the EMEA commercial segment, working with Sales and Marketing to accelerate growth. You will build outbound campaigns, engage decision-makers, and drive early funnel momentum.

The role includes a 4-week bootcamp, mentorship, and ongoing training with hybrid work from our central London office two to three days a week.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
• Hunter mentality and proactive lead finding.
• High coachability; applies feedback quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Genuine curiosity about technology and Kong's work.
• Arabic language fluency is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outbound campaigns end-to-end, from idea to qualified meeting.
• Engage decision-makers across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video.
• Partner closely with AEs and Marketing; you're a connector, not just a top-of-funnel rep.
• Keep Salesforce clean and your pipeline tighter; process matters here.
• Utilise AI to boost productivity, work at pace and personalise your messaging.
• Invest in your own development; your manager will help you reach what's next.
