Job summary

Kong Inc. is seeking a Commercial Outbound ADR to identify and qualify opportunities across the EMEA region. You will build campaigns end-to-end, engage decision-makers via multiple channels, and collaborate with AEs and Marketing to drive pipeline.

You will use AI tools to boost productivity and continuously develop your skills in a fast-paced tech environment. Hybrid role in central London with 2-3 days in the office, strong training bootcamp, mentorship, and clear ramp-up plan to accelerate

Qualifications

• Customer-facing or sales experience required.
• Hunter mentality; proactive in finding leads.
• Able to receive feedback and apply quickly.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Curiosity about technology and Kong's solutions.
• Fluent German is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outbound campaigns end-to-end, from idea to qualified meeting.
• Engage decision-makers across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video.
• Partner with AEs and Marketing to align on messaging and goals.
• Maintain clean Salesforce data and a tight pipeline.
• Use AI to boost productivity and personalize outreach.
• Invest in personal development with manager support.
